Ingredients
- 904 g Water
- 300 g Simple syrup
- 226 g Mauby concentrate
- 50 g Pomegranate molasses
- 4 g Citric acid
- 4 g Naringinase
- 2.5 g Vanilla extract
- 2.5 g Champagne vinegar
- 3 oz Sparkling water
How to make it
- Batch all ingredients except sparkling water in a large container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, place tall ice in a highball glass.
- Add sparkling water.
- Top with 6 oz of the chilled batch.
- Garnish with banana leaf if desired.
