Ingredients

  • 1 oz White rum Light rum keeps it clean.
  • 1 oz Cognac Brandy can work if needed.
  • 1 oz Triple sec Cointreau works great.
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice Balances the liquor and sweetness.

How to make it

  1. Add white rum, cognac, triple sec, and lemon juice to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice.
  3. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds.
  4. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
  5. Serve cold.
