A crisp equal-parts classic with gin, orange liqueur, lemon, Lillet Blanc, and a touch of absinthe.

Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Triple sec or Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
- rinse Absinthe Use just enough to rinse the glass.
How to make it
- Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe and discard the excess.
- Add gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and Lillet Blanc to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake until very cold.
- Strain into the absinthe-rinsed coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist if you have one.
