Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Gin London Dry gin works well.
  • 3/4 oz Triple sec Cointreau is excellent here.
  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice Fresh lemon keeps it bright.

How to make it

  1. Add gin, triple sec, and lemon juice to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice.
  3. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds.
  4. Strain into a coupe.
  5. Serve cold.
