Blueberry Bijou

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Gin
• 3/4 oz Blueberry cordial Advanced homemade ingredient.
• 1/2 oz Blueberry wine
• 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1/2 tsp Blueberry vinegar Advanced homemade ingredient.
• 5 drops Wormwood extract Use carefully; this is a specialty ingredient.
• 1 Garden flower Optional garnish.

How to make it

1. Add gin, blueberry cordial, blueberry wine, Green Chartreuse, blueberry vinegar, and wormwood extract to a mixing glass.
2. Add ice and stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a coupe.
4. Garnish with a garden flower if you have one.
