Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Old Tom gin
- 1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
- 1/4 oz Génépy
- 1/4 oz Amaro Braulio
- mist Absinthe Optional atomizer mist.
- 1 Rosemary sprig Optional garnish.
How to make it
- Add gin, Old Tom gin, maraschino liqueur, génépy, and Amaro Braulio to a mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube.
- Garnish with rosemary.
- Mist lightly with absinthe if using an atomizer.
