- 1 oz Old Tom gin Regular gin works, but Old Tom gives the right softness.
- 1 oz Dry vermouth
- 1 bar spoon Maraschino liqueur
- 1 bar spoon Absinthe
- 3 dashes Orange bitters
How to make it
- Add gin, dry vermouth, maraschino, absinthe, and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass or coupe.
- Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry if available.
