Fairy Dust
A sparkling elderflower gin drink with optional glitter. Light, floral, and absolutely enchanted.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
- 1 pinch Edible glitter Optional, but obviously encouraged.
How to make it
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake briefly.
- Strain into a flute or coupe.
- Top with sparkling wine and add edible glitter if using.
