Ingredients
- 1 oz Crème de menthe Green crème de menthe gives the classic color.
- 1 oz Crème de cacao White crème de cacao is usually used.
- 1 oz Cream Half-and-half also works.
How to make it
- Add crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and cream to a shaker.
- Fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 15–20 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe or martini glass.
- Serve cold.
