Ingredients

- 1.5 oz Grapefruit juice Fresh is great, bottled works.
- 1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur Luxardo-style.
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice Balances the grapefruit and rum.
How to make it
- Add white rum, grapefruit juice, maraschino liqueur, and lime juice to a shaker.
- Fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 15–20 seconds.
- Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
- Serve cold.
