Peach Bourbon Porch Smash

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon Mid-shelf bourbon is perfect. No need for top shelf.
• 1 oz Peach puree Gives the drink a real peach flavor and some body.
• 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice Balances the sweetness.
• 1/4–1/2 oz Simple syrup Start light. Peach puree is already sweet.
• 2–3 oz Soda water Adds fizz and turns it into a porch drink.

How to make it

1. Fill a highball or rocks glass with ice.
2. Add bourbon, peach puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3. Stir until the peach puree is mixed in.
4. Top with soda water.
5. Taste and add a little more syrup only if needed.
