Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Vanilla vodka
- 1/2 oz Passion fruit liqueur
- 2 oz Passion fruit puree
- 2 barspoons Vanilla syrup Vanilla sugar syrup works too.
- 2 oz Sparkling wine Serve as a sidecar or small pour alongside the drink.
How to make it
- Add vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit puree, and vanilla syrup to a shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake hard until chilled and aerated.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Serve with sparkling wine on the side.
- Garnish with passion fruit if you have it.
