Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gold or light rum
- 1/2 oz Galliano
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- 1/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1–2 oz Champagne or sparkling wine
How to make it
- Add rum, Galliano, pineapple juice, and lime juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe or flute.
- Top with sparkling wine.
