Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1/2 oz Red wine Float gently over the back of a spoon if you want the layered look.
How to make it
- Add Scotch, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Float red wine on top.
