Morning Glory Fizz
A dramatic scotch fizz with citrus, egg white, soda, and a little absinthe. Breakfast name, barroom behavior.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Scotch
- 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1 Egg white Optional, but gives it the classic fizz texture.
- 3 drops Absinthe
- 2 oz Soda water
How to make it
- Add scotch, lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white, and absinthe to a shaker.
- Dry shake without ice if using egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass.
- Top with soda water.
