Ingredients

  • 1 oz Angostura bitters
  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Cream
  • 1 Egg white
  • 2 oz Soda water

How to make it

  1. Add bitters, lemon juice, lime juice, cream, and egg white to a shaker.
  2. Dry shake without ice.
  3. Add ice and shake hard until chilled.
  4. Strain into a glass.
  5. Top with soda water.
