Ingredients
- 1 oz Beefeater Gin Any dry gin works.
- 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Lavender Syrup
- splash Sprite or club soda Optional topper.
- 1 Lemon wheel or lavender sprig Optional garnish.
How to make it
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add gin, Malibu, lemon juice, and lavender syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of Sprite or club soda if desired.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel or a sprig of lavender.
- Tip: For a stronger lavender flavor, increase the syrup slightly to 3/4 oz.
