Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cognac Brandy works in a pinch, but cognac is the move.
  • 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

How to make it

  1. Add cognac, Green Chartreuse, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe.
  4. Serve up.
