Ingredients

  • 2 oz Cognac or brandy
  • 1/4 oz Orange curaçao or triple sec
  • 1/4 oz Pineapple syrup or cordial Use a concentrated pineapple syrup/cordial, not straight juice if possible.
  • 1 tsp Maraschino liqueur
  • 2 dashes Aromatic bitters

How to make it

  1. Add cognac, orange liqueur, pineapple cordial, maraschino, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe.
  4. Garnish with a cherry if available.
