Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Mezcal
- 3/4 oz Sherry
- 3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
How to make it
- Add mezcal, sherry, lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into a coupe.
- Serve up.
