Ingredients
- 2 oz Toasted coconut rum Hard Truth Toasted Coconut Rum is ideal. Malibu can work, but it will be sweeter and lighter.
- 1 oz Peach puree Real peach puree gives this a thicker, fruitier texture than peach nectar.
- 3 oz Pineapple juice This carries the tropical flavor.
- Splash Sprite Zero or Sprite Just enough to add fizz and lighten the drink.
How to make it
- Fill a highball or large rocks glass with ice.
- Add toasted coconut rum, peach puree, and pineapple juice.
- Stir well until the peach puree is fully mixed in.
- Top with a splash of Sprite Zero.
- Give it one gentle stir and serve.
