- 3 oz Peach nectar Thinner and easier-drinking than puree.
- Splash Pineapple juice Just enough to add tropical brightness.
- Top with Sprite Zero or Sprite Adds fizz and sweetness.
How to make it
- Add toasted coconut rum, peach nectar, and pineapple juice to a shaker.
- Fill with ice.
- Shake for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
