Ingredients
- 1.5 oz White rum Light rum keeps it clean.
- 3 oz Pineapple juice The main fruit base.
- 1 oz Coconut cream Cream of coconut makes it rich and sweet.
How to make it
- Add rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large glass.
- Garnish with pineapple if you have it.
- No blender? Shake hard with ice and strain over fresh ice.
