Ingredients
- 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- 1 oz Toasted Coconut Rum
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2 oz Peach Nectar
- 1 Pineapple wedge or peach slice Optional garnish.
How to make it
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Malibu, toasted coconut rum, pineapple juice, and peach nectar.
- Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or peach slice if desired.
- Tip: Add a splash of Sprite or Sprite Zero for a lighter, fizzier version.
- Tip: For a frozen version, blend with one cup of ice.
