Vodka Dirty Martini
A vodka-based dirty martini. Cleaner than gin, but still salty and spirit-forward.

Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Vodka Use decent vodka. There is not much juice or sugar to hide it.
- 1/2 oz Dry vermouth Use less if you like a drier martini.
- 1/2 oz Olive brine Use more for extra dirty.
How to make it
- Add vodka, dry vermouth, and olive brine to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Stir for 25–30 seconds until very cold.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe.
- Garnish with olives if you have them.
