Vodka Martini
A cleaner, more neutral martini. Good if you want the vermouth and garnish to do more of the talking.

Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Vodka Use decent vodka since there is not much hiding it.
- 1/2 oz Dry vermouth Use less vermouth if you prefer it very dry.
How to make it
- Add vodka and dry vermouth to a mixing glass.
- Fill with ice.
- Stir for 25–30 seconds until very cold.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe.
- Garnish with an olive or lemon twist if you have one.
