Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin London Dry gin works.
  • 1 oz Apricot brandy Apricot liqueur works too.
  • 1 oz Calvados Apple brandy.

How to make it

  1. Add gin, apricot brandy, and Calvados to a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice.
  3. Shake hard for 15–20 seconds.
  4. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
  5. Serve cold.
