Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 1 1/2 oz Orange juice
- 1 bar spoon Grenadine
- 1 bar spoon Absinthe Use as a rinse or add a very small amount.
How to make it
- Rinse a coupe with absinthe and discard the excess, or add a very small spoonful to the shaker.
- Add gin, orange juice, and grenadine to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain into the prepared coupe.
