Ingredients
- 6–8 leaves Mint leaves
- 1 1/2 oz Aged dark rum
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 3/4–1 oz Simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 oz Champagne or dry sparkling wine
- 1 leaf Mint leaf Optional garnish.
How to make it
- Gently muddle mint with lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add rum, bitters, and ice.
- Shake until chilled.
