Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Calvados or apple brandy
  • 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 3/4 oz Bénédictine
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

How to make it

  1. Add Calvados, Yellow Chartreuse, Bénédictine, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until very cold.
  3. Strain into a coupe.
  4. Garnish with a cherry if available.
